Pastel Cupcakes is a Black-owned, woman-owned bakery that serves the tri-state area, founded by Monique Riddock. She creates handmade cupcakes, custom cakes, cookies, cake jars, cake pops, and more — with over 50 flavors to choose from.
From birthday celebrations to bridal showers to corporate and community events, every treat is made from scratch with real ingredients and genuine care.
Pastel Cupcakes stands out through sheer range and personal touch — one baker covering cupcakes, custom cakes, cookies, cake jars, cake pops, and more, all made from scratch with over 50 flavors to choose from. Few bakeries offer that much variety without sacrificing quality. Ms. Riddock also leans into flavors you won't find everywhere else, including a full line of adult, spirit-infused flavors (think Hennessy, Coquito, and Ciroc-inspired cupcakes) alongside her classics.
Beyond the treats, she goes past just selling desserts — she brings hands-on cake and cupcake decorating experiences to birthdays, bridal parties, and community events, turning dessert into something interactive and memorable rather than something just eaten and forgotten.
